Refund Policy - the basics
Ignitiq Solutions aims to deliver high-quality digital consulting, web development, and marketing services that meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchased service, you may request a refund in accordance with the terms set out below. This Refund Policy governs all requests for partial or full repayment and establishes the rights and obligations between Ignitiq Solutions and our clients
Refund process

Timeframe for requests
• Clients must submit refund requests within 14 days of the invoice date or project kickoff, whichever is earlier.
• Requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund. -
Full vs. partial refunds
• Full refunds are granted if no substantive work has been performed, or if Ignitiq Solutions is unable to fulfill the agreed scope of services.
• Partial refunds may apply if project deliverables have been partially completed—calculated on a pro-rata basis for work already performed. -
Conditions for eligibility
• All deliverables must be returned or access revoked before any refund is issued.
• Clients must provide clear evidence of non-performance or material defects in deliverables.
• Refunds are not available for:-
Completed digital goods (e.g., finalized website code) delivered in full and accepted in writing.

Services delivered under a non-cancellable package or discounted bundle.

Third-party costs already incurred on the client’s behalf (e.g., hosting fees, paid plugins).

How to request a refund
• Send an email to info@ignitiq-solutions.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include:-

Description of the reason for the request

Any supporting documentation
• We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and initiate our review process.

Review and processing time
• Refund reviews typically take up to 7 business days from receipt of all required information.
• Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. -
Exceptions and special cases
• Customized or one-off services may be subject to different terms, as specified in your service agreement.
• Ignitiq Solutions reserves the right to deny any refund request that it deems to be abusive or fraudulent.
